I had the opportunity to work on this fun illustration, commissioned by https://twitter.com/Yousif_Alshaker who wanted a classic comic style illustration for his daughter's made up superhero "Apple Girl and Raspberry Cat". I worked with some initial references provided by Yousif, but was allowed to come up with my own design ideas. Here I am sharing my design process for this comic cover.
